Meet Chef Ajinkya Joshi, the heart and soul behind Joshi's Kitchen. With an impressive background in some of the world's leading hospitality companies—East India Hotels, Whitbread International, and Royal Caribbean International—Ajinkya has traveled the globe, absorbing diverse cultures and cuisines. However, his heart always remained in Amravati, Maharashtra.
Graduating from the prestigious IHM Bangalore, Ajinkya dreamed of starting his own business. The journey into the hospitality industry is no easy feat; it's physically and mentally demanding. Little did he know that launching his own venture would come with its own set of challenges.
In 2016, during a brief vacation from his cruise ship job, tragedy struck when he lost his beloved grandmother. Unable to board the ship just a week later, he seized this moment to pursue his dream. What began as a small kitchen in his garage in April 2016 quickly blossomed into a beloved local establishment.
